Over the past few years, I have realized how much healing power movement can have. Convinced of all that it can bring, I decided to continue training Lolita Legacy with Lynn Grandjean and Iva Mazzoleni.

Always listening to others, I love working with different people at various profiles in order to make them discover what is still unknown to them.

While continuing to discover all the facets of the Pilates method, I would very much like to embark you with me on this journey where the goal is always beyond what one imagines capable.
