It was during my law studies that I practiced yoga for several years before discovering the Pilates method. Thanks to movement and breathing, I reconnected to my body, in full consciousness, to give it space again where my work required it to remain silent far too often.

Beyond the physical improvements, following back pain after a fall from horseback, these moments of practice allowed me to better understand the stressful situations of everyday life and to free myself little by little from certain blockages. It is for these reasons that I let myself be transported by the Pilates method.

Even though its benefits were being felt, I was unable to curb my desire to dive into the in-depth learning of the method and its teaching through the Lolita's Legacy training and to thus offer others too, I hope, these benefits!
