I believe that everyone has the resources to be healthier, stronger and more resilient. I combine the practical approach of Pilates with the philosophy of martial arts, to help people improve their movements and feelings, while strengthening themselves from head to toe.
I want to support my clients by teaching them the tools they need to improve their physical shape.

My extensive experience in sport combines martial arts, Muay Thai with Pilates. For many years, I was also a professional soccer and volleyball player in Bolivia.
In my programs, I help my clients bridge the gap between healing an injury and improving health and performance. I also work with professional teams to achieve the best physical performance.
