Self-confidence follows

Movement has always been part of my life. As a child and teenager, I practiced classical and contemporary dance and it was during my university studies that I discovered the Pilates method. In order to pursue my passion for this method, it seemed obvious to me to follow Lolita's Legacy training in order to offer others what pilates brought me: harmony with myself and self-confidence.
