Ice hockey, which I played at a high level, was my first teacher of excellence and perseverance, until an injury interrupted my journey. This abrupt end was a turning point: it opened my eyes to a different way of approaching the human body.<\/p> <p>During my Bachelor's degree in Motor and Movement Science at the University of Fribourg, I discovered the Pilates method. But it was especially during a physiotherapy internship that I fully understood the power and relevance of this approach. Convinced, I chose to train with Iva Pilates.<\/p> <p>Pilates transformed my way of moving and thinking about movement. It taught me to work deeply, to listen to my body differently, and to transform constraints into opportunities.<\/p> <p>Today, I want to share this experience: to use Pilates as a school of life, a practice that combines strength, awareness, and resilience.
