I combine the practical approach of Pilates with the philosophy of martial arts, to help people improve their movements and feelings, while strengthening themselves from head to toe. <br> I want to support my clients by teaching them the tools they need to improve their physical shape. <\/p> <p> My extensive experience in sport combines martial arts, Muay Thai with Pilates. For many years, I was also a professional soccer and volleyball player in Bolivia. <br> In my programs, I help my clients bridge the gap between healing an injury and improving health and performance.
