When we finally respect our bodies, they give us back much more than we thought we had lost.
Originally from Fribourg, I grew up surrounded by sports. For over ten years, I practiced high-level diving, representing Switzerland in international competitions. This experience taught me rigor, discipline, and perseverance, but it also left its mark: chronic back pain related to intensive training and a hereditary disease.
At the same time, I worked in the medical field, notably in orthopedics, cardiology, and dermatology, where I was able to deepen my understanding of the body, its strengths and weaknesses.
I also spent many years teaching in sports clubs, private schools, universities, and elementary schools. These experiences have allowed me to develop a teaching approach adapted to each age, level, and personality, always with the same goal: to share and awaken.
After several surgeries and a period of burnout, I had to find a new path to rebuild myself. That's when I discovered Pilates. This method quickly became much more than a workout: it was a true rebirth. It allowed me to regain mobility, strengthen my body deeply, and calm my mind.
Convinced by its effectiveness and depth, I chose to train myself to share this practice. Today, I teach a Pilates style that is both demanding and compassionate, where each movement is an invitation to listen to your body and find lasting balance.
My goal is to help everyone—athletes, beginners, or those seeking wellness—reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their core, and discover the quiet power of conscious movement.
