Words express what we choose to share, but the body transmits everything without filtering. You just have to learn to listen to it.
Since childhood, I've grown up surrounded by sports and movement. Ice hockey, which I played at a high level, was my first teacher of excellence and perseverance, until an injury interrupted my journey. This abrupt end was a turning point: it opened my eyes to a different way of approaching the human body.
During my Bachelor's degree in Motor and Movement Science at the University of Fribourg, I discovered the Pilates method. But it was especially during a physiotherapy internship that I fully understood the power and relevance of this approach. Convinced, I chose to train with Iva Pilates.
Pilates transformed my way of moving and thinking about movement. It taught me to work deeply, to listen to my body differently, and to transform constraints into opportunities.
Today, I want to share this experience: to use Pilates as a school of life, a practice that combines strength, awareness, and resilience. With the goal of rediscovering that precious physical well-being.
